How to Apply

The fee for the application pack is Rs. 100/- and can be paid in cash. This application pack contains prospectus, application form and guidelines for application. The completed application form with all required documents should reach the admission office on or before the notified closing date alongwith following documents:-

• Three most recent passport size photographs.
• One attested photocopy of each educational certificated.
• One attested photocopy of domicile certificate.
• One attested photocopy of National Identity Card or Form-B.
